The 6th International Fashion Law Congress brought together specialists, legal practitioners, managers, athletes, and professionals from fashion, sports, and intellectual property to discuss contemporary issues and relevant legal challenges.
Partner Clarice Fernandes presented research focused on the intersection of Fashion, Football, and Industrial Property, examining how trademarks, distinctive signs, design, and other intangible assets linked to the sports industry, especially football, go beyond the competitive field and directly influence the fashion market, branding strategies, and commercial exploitation models.
