During the 9th International Fashion Law Congress, partner Luíza Britto presented the academic poster titled:
Luíza Britto – The possibility of overlapping rights for the protection of Samba School costumes (2024).
The poster explored the possibility of overlapping legal rights in protecting Samba School costumes under Intellectual Property law, especially regarding copyright challenges and the legal nature of fashion elements.
The presentation was part of the congress academic program, reinforcing Luíza Britto’s participation in contemporary debates on Fashion Law, culture, and Intellectual Property in Brazil.
